• Helped individuals who are overloaded to prioritize their work

• Fundamental construct was based on action item start/end dates, which became a limitation for resource planning

• Construct / pain point is valuable, but execution needs a new look - current product doesn't fit the needs of enterprise customers
• Moving forward, we will be working with customers who were utilizing the capability to understand the outcomes they were trying to drive for, and investigate a more holistic solution

• As WoBo matured, the construct of the priorities and risks dashboard never matured to include OKR risk, and the feature is very action item focused

• We will be evaluating analytics dashboards that surface risks more holistically for the team and the broader enterprise

• Automating weekly status reports need to be re-envisioned to include progress and blockers to OKRs and outcomes
