Overview

Team Managers and co-managers can invite and remove non-team members as “contributors” to a canvas. These contributors have edit privileges, which allows them to add/delete sticky notes, OKR shells, and Reflect and Reset shells. 

Note that contributors can't publish OKRs, delete an entire canvas, or invite any members to the canvas.

Permissions

Permissions and team structure defined by the main WorkBoard take priority over the local addition of users to the canvas. 

Team members defined by WorkBoard cannot be removed from the canvas directly from the OKR Canvas - their permissions need to be adjusted in the “Team” module of the main WorkBoard platform.

Team Managers & Co-Managers: Invite Contributors to a Canvas

1. Navigate to OKR Canvas
2. Select the Invite button
3. Search for user(s) you’d like to add
   
   
4. Activate the Add button

Team Managers & Co-Managers: Remove Contributors from a Canvas

1. Navigate to OKR Canvas
2. Select the Invite button
3. Click the dropdown arrow next to the contributor's permission status
   
   
4. Select Remove
   

Team member or Collaborator: View Canvas Contributors

1. Navigate to OKR Canvas
2. Select the View button from the top toolbar
