This release we have refined the keyboard patterns for our My Objective's tab navigation, color contrast on the page and improved the focus management. 

My Objectives Page

• Color Contrast Improvements

  • Contrast improved on the Update button in the Key Result's list
  • Contrast improved on both the team and owner name in the Key Result's list

• Keyboard functionality (focus indicators, labeling, tab order, and key press events) 

  • Extra tab order removed from the Key Results list item
  • Tab navigation key patterns have been improved to match W3 recommendations
  • Enhanced focus indicator is added to the Show combobox 

My Objectives - Filter Options

• Color Contrast Improvements

  • The custom date range picker has been updated to address placeholder and controls color contrast

• Keyboard functionality (focus indicators, labeling, tab order, and key press events) 

  • The custom date range picker has been replaced with a new component that is keyboard accessible and includes roles and labeling
  • Tooltip added to the Filter Options icon button

• Error Validation 

  • The new custom date range picker component pre-populates the values for the beginning and end of the current quarter. With this change, error validation has been removed for when a user has empty input fields and removes an issue where it wasn't being read in Narrator
