Adding Analytics Views to your Biz Review

You can access certain Analytics by adding them to your Biz Reviews! You will need to make sure that that a few things are true:

  • The report needs to be enabled for your organization
  • You will need to identify who can access the report in your organization
  • After this, individuals who can access a report are able to add a report to a Biz Review

The number of gates to access these reports is largely due to the sensitive nature of some of these reports - to help ensure that you can decide how and when to leverage them, and who should be able to access them. Please find the steps to enable a report here.

The steps below show you how to access and add a report that has already been shared with you:

  1. In a Biz Review (that you have edit rights to) select the Pencil in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Select Add Content and select Analytics.
  3. Choose any of the following Analytics Views to add to your Running Business Review.
Note: Resize Analytics Views as you would an image, Iframe or text box.
  4. Scroll to the top and click Done Editing to save your Biz Review.

How to Enable a Report for an Organization

An Org Admin can activate a new report in an organization.

  1. Click the 9-square waffle menu in the upper left-hand corn and select Administrator Tools.
  2. Under the Org Management section, select Biz Review Analytics.
  3. Search and select specific users or teams to share the report with, or check the box to 'Make it available to everyone'.
  4. Select Save to apply your changes.

Once an RME report is shared with a user, they'll be able to add it to an Analytics tray within a Biz Review.

Note: once a report is added to a Biz Review, anyone with access to that Biz Review can see the content. The reports are designed to give the results management office an overall picture of the company’s OKR program and directly empower them to drive the program.

Given the sensitivity of the information in some of these reports, it's important that you ensure you are exposing these reports to only individuals who should see results across the board.
