Keep your team in sync on updates to your strategic initiatives with the Webex connector for WorkBoard. All @mentions on Action Items, Objectives or Key Results are received as notifications in WebEx enhancing your teams communication and keeping everyone in the loop on important updates.

Enabling the Connector

Note: The Webex Connector needs to be enabled at the Org-Level in order for it to be available for your end-users to sign into and use. Please reach out to your CSM to have it enabled for your Organization.

Steps to enable the Webex Connector

1. Click on your picture or the gear in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Select 'Integrations & Import'.
3. Click on 'Add to Cisco Webex.
4. You'll be asked to sign in:
   
5. After successfully signing in, all Objective, KR & Action item comments you've been tagged in from WorkBoard, will come into the Webex connector as notifications.

Note: Both the Sender and Receiver must have the integration enabled in WorkBoard for the notification to be sent to Webex.
