What Are WorkBoardAI Agents?

WorkBoardAI Agents are digital teammates designed to help you and your team get and stay aligned, operate more efficiently, execute faster. The digital Chiefs of Staff and Leadership Coach agents give every manager the capacity and competency to operate at peak performance – amplifying their team’s impact and delivering on the strategy.

These AI teammates are always available on demand to help answer questions and help you! The also will proactively reach out to on Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email notifications to bring important information to your attention or complete tasks you've asked them complete for you.

Informed by your priorities captured in WorkBoard, these digital teammates can answer questions about your WorkBoard data, take action in the platform, automate routine tasks, drive alignment, and help support team performance.

Getting Started with Digital Agents

• Click “Teamwork” in the top navigation bar, then click “AI Agents.” From here, you will see the agents you can hire! Click on the "Hire Me" for the agent you want to bring onboard to learn more, and “Let’s get started” to make things official!

• If you're hiring a Digital Chief of Staff, there is a little bit more to do to align on expectations, that you can find the details for here!

Important to note:

• Agents are only available to Intelligent Enterprise customers.
• Within those accounts, WorkBoardAI agents are currently only available for users who manage at least 1 team. The first two agent personas (Chief of Staff and Leadership Coach) help managers and leaders operate more efficiently.
