Your agent helps set your team up for success each quarter by:

  • Creating a Canvas with proposed OKRs

  • Sharing it with you and inviting key stakeholders

  • Scheduling reminders for the next OKR cycle

Create Scorecards

At key moments, your agent will generate performance scorecards based on your team’s current OKRs, including live data and visuals. You can ask the agent to:

  • Create a scorecard for a specific team or quarter

  • Share it with others or add it to your favorites

Calibrate & Celebrate

Start and end your week with intention:

  • Calibrate: Weekly Monday updates on where to focus attention

  • Celebrate: End-of-week nudges to recognize wins (these updates can be sent via Slack, Teams, or email.)

Team Meeting Pre-Read Preparation

On your selected day, your agent will send a tailored pre-read before team meetings. This includes OKR summaries and highlights to help you lead with clarity.

Ping & Status Updates

Ensure your teams are updating their Key Results:

  • Bulk pings are sent on “Accountability Day”

  • Follow-up alerts show who still has overdue KRs (you’ll get updates and can send personal nudges via chat.)

Alignment Opportunities

The agent scans for alignment opportunities across your team’s OKRs and surfaces suggestions on how to improve cross-functional cohesion. These opportunities are triggered early in the quarter or upon request.
