How it works:

The Leadership Coach will guide you through a series of questions to determine:

Prep for 1:1s with Impact Summaries
Summary of Direct Report
When prepping for a 1:1 with a report, it is critical to know what they have accomplished and worked on since your last check-in. Leadership Coach can create a weekly performance summary of your direct reports, based on their OKRs and actions.
How it works:

The Agent asks who you want the summary on and for what timeframe (defaults to last week).

The system verifies the selected person is your direct report (this is a must-have).

Then, it compiles and returns a structured impact summary.
Summary of yourself
Meeting with your boss and want to give a summary of your actions and accomplishments? Leadership Coach can help with that too, by providing a structured performance summary of your own work, focused on OKRs and actions.
How it works:
