Key Result Weightings, change key result weightings, configure kr weightings
When you are working to achieve an objective, some key results may be more critical to success than others. With key result weighting, you can now add a multiplier to increase or decrease the relative weight of each KR (Key Result) in the calculation of the overall progress of the objective. You'll still see the actual progress of each key result on the OKR detail view, however, some will move the needle more or less than others.
Note: To turn on key result weighting for your organization, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Understanding the Impact of KR Weightings
Key Result weightings affect how OKRs are set up for the entire organization and cannot be enabled for just a part of the business. Setting KR Weightings impacts how the objective progress and RAG (red, amber, green) ratings are calculated.
Adding/Configuring KR Weightings on your Objective
- Hover over your Objective and click on the Kebob.
- Select Edit Settings.
- Click Change Weights.
- Change the Multiplier on a scale of 0 to 1 to adjust the weighting for each Key Result.
- Select Save.
