Overview
At the end of your OKR period, easily archive outdated Biz Reviews to clean up your Biz Review list. You can view Archived Biz Reviews in the Archived section the top of the Biz Reviews Landing Page at any time.
Note: We strongly recommend you Archiving Biz Reviews rather than deleting them.
Archive Biz Reviews
- Locate the Biz Review you'd like to archive.
- Select the Kebab.
- Choose Archive.
Older Biz Reviews are great reference points and should be kept as invaluable historical trending data points. Very commonly, older ones are duplicated ahead of the next OKR time period rather than creating one from scratch.
Archive All Biz Reviews in a Collection
Note: Archiving a Biz Review or Collection will archive the item(s) for all users with permissions.
- Navigate to the Biz Reviews Landing Page.
- Click the Kebab on the Collection you’d like to archive.
- Select Archive.

- Hover over the Collection you’d like to archive.
- Select the Archive icon
