Manage OKR View Permissions

Overview

View Permissions allow you to control who can view your OKR. By default, Team OKRs are visible to the entire organization for maximum transparency, and Personal OKRs are set to Management Can View, but this can be edited as needed.

  1. Edit your Objective by hovering over it and clicking the Kebab
  2. Select Edit Settings
  3. Click the Pencil icon mceclip0.png next to the name of the objective
  4. Select the dropdown under View Permissions in Addition to Team
    Selection options:

Steps to Update Specific Key Result Visibility

To restrict view access to specific Key Results rather than the entire OKR, uncheck the Apply to objective and key results checkbox. Effectively, for any key result, you’ll have the option to toggle view permissions.

NoteWhen mirroring a Key Result with restricted view permissions, ensure that you also modify the view permissions of the subsequent Objective and/or Key Result, so the result is shared with the correct audience.
