How to Use

Installing WorkBoardAI for Copilot

To add the WorkBoard for Copilot agent to your Microsoft Copilot, click "Get agents" in the right-hand sidebar, search for "WorkBoardAI," click on the WorkBoardAI for Copilot card that comes up in the search results, and then click "Add."

Getting Started with WorkBoardAI for Copilot

Once you've installed the agent, you will see four pre-built prompts you can use for a quick start to the conversation:

• Show My Key Results: Get the latest data on your key results, including the value, confidence rating and date of the last update and the due date for the next update.
  (When you first use this prompt, you will be asked to approve the agent's request to share data from WorkBoard, and then to log in to your WorkBoard to enable the agent to connect from Copilot.)
• Status of My Objectives: Get the latest status of objectives you own.
  (The first time you use this prompt, you will be asked to approve the agent's request to share data from WorkBoard, and then to log in to your WorkBoard to enable the agent to connect from Copilot.)
  
  
• I’m new to OKRs: Get information and best practices around Objectives and Key Results to familiarize yourself with the framework.
  
  
• I’m new to WorkBoard: Get guidance on getting the best value from WorkBoard features, including OKRs, meetings, scorecards, biz reviews and more.

Once you've engaged the WorkBoardAI for Copilot agent with one of these conversation starters, you can ask followup questions about your objectives, key results, or the OKR methodology and platform guidance that the agent provides.

Using WorkBoardAI for Copilot in Powerpoint or Word

Once you've added the WorkBoardAI for Copilot agent, you can call it in the Copilot sidebar on the web versions of Powerpoint or Word so you can get the latest on your OKRs without leaving those applications. Type @WorkBoardAI in the Copilot chat window to begin a conversation with the agent.

You can easily copy data from the chat and insert it into your Word or Powerpoint document.

Note: WorkBoardAI for Copilot is not yet available in the desktop versions of Powerpoint and Word.
