The Individual OKRs Adoption Report provides valuable insights into the adoption of individual objectives across team members. This report highlights participation at the team and individual levels, offering a comprehensive overview of how well personal goals are being embraced within the organization.
The report can be explored for organization-wide adoption, or can be used to focus on specific leaders and teams to identify adoption trends and gaps.
The report is designed to help leaders:
- Assess the adoption of individual objectives across team members.
- Identify participation trends at the organizational, team, and individual levels.
- Understand individual OKR and Team KR adoption across the organization.
- Pinpoint adoption gaps that may require targeted support or intervention.

Definitions

Leader: You can see the report for the whole organization or filter the report by specific leaders. You will be able to filter the report for leaders within the first 7 layers of the organization. When you filter the report by a leader, everyone in the reporting chain of the leader (all the way down to the last layer of individual contributors) is included.

The Individual OKRs Adoption Report highlights the following core areas:
- Individual OKR Adoption: Tracks the level of participation in setting and adopting individual objectives
- Team OKR Participation & Individual OKR Adoption: Provides an overview of where team members have both Team OKRs and Individual Goals; and most importantly which team members have neither.
Please note: The report doesn't include any sensitive OKR data - only includes participation data.
How to leverage the Individual OKRs Adoption Report
Leaders can use the insights from the Individual OKRs Adoption Report to address the following key questions:
- How well are team members adopting their individual objectives? Identify team members or groups with low adoption rates to provide targeted support.
- What are the participation levels across different teams or leader orgs? Evaluate team-wide OKR participation to ensure objectives are embraced across all levels.
