Exporting Scorecards

Sharing Scorecards

You can share your Scorecard with specific individuals, teams or with your entire organization.

    • Click the share icon
    • Search and select specific users or teams, and click +Add. You can also adjust a user's permissions in the dropdown to Viewer or Editor (if necessary)
    • If removing a user, select Remove in the permissions dropdown
    • To share a Scorecard with your organization, in the 'General Access' field, select Anyone at organization can view.

Publishing your Scorecard to PDF

You can easily publish your scorecard to PDF for printing or sharing offline. Quickly adjust the scale, page layout, and paper size so that even scorecards with a very large number of rows or columns will print in a clean and readable format.

Note: Please use the Chrome web browser for the best experience when publishing your Scorecard to PDF.

  • Select the kebab menu(3 dots) on your Scorecard and select Publish. This will open a preview window.
  • Click the gear icon on the right side of the preview window to open the print settings. Here you can adjust the page layout (landscape or portrait), paper size, and scale.

For instance, if you have a very wide scorecard with a large number of columns, you may get the best results by selecting the Landscape page layout and a scale of 175% or 200%.

As you adjust the settings, the preview will update so you can instantly see how your scorecard will look when you publish.
  • Once you are satisfied with your Scorecard preview, click the Print icon on the far right of the preview window (if you still have the Settings popup open, you'll also find a Print icon in the upper left corner of that popup). This will open your web browser's printer settings. For best results, make sure the same layout and paper size settings are selected before printing.

Publishing your Scorecard to PPT

You can easily export your Scorecard to PowerPoint as an editable table in just a few steps:
  • Open your Scorecard and click the kebab (three-dot) icon.
  • Under Export As, choose PowerPoint—this will open a preview tab.
  • Use the gear icon to adjust the zoom level for the best fit. Make sure the PowerPoint paper size is selected (should be selected by default). Scroll the preview to ensure all your data is split into slides as you expect - if they are not, use the Scale dropdown to adjust.
  • When you’re ready, click the PowerPoint icon to download your Scorecard as an editable table in PowerPoint.
A few things to note:
  • Trend lines won’t be included in the export.
  • Grouping of merged cells is coming soon.

Exporting Scorecards to CSV

You can quickly export a Scorecard to CSV to capture the current progress in a downloadable format.

  • Select the kebab menu(3 dots) on the Scorecard page
  • Select Export CSV

You can then import the CSV file into Excel by opening a new Excel sheet and importing the data.

  • For Mac users, select File > ImportCSVImport, then select your CSV file.
  • For PC users, select Data > Import from CSV, then select your CSV file.
