Drafting and Publishing OKRs in WoBo Canvas

Overview

WoBo Canvas simplifies the process of brainstorming and drafting OKRs, making it accessible and effective for teams new to OKRs and for experienced teams. With Canvas, your team can streamline the process, foster collaboration, and continually improve your OKR strategy for enhanced success. Let's explore how Canvas can help you master the art of OKRs.

Collaborating with WoBo Canvas

Canvas enables your team to asynchronously prepare for an OKR setting session by providing a template for individual brainstorming. Teams can then have a collective discussion on their outcomes for the next quarter. Team members can contribute ideas for Objectives, Key Results, or the Parking Lot by addressing the following questions:

  • What is the team trying to achieve?
  • What are the most important near-term outcomes?
  • What are some ideas or actions for the next-level team?

Teams can use the sticky notes to brainstorm, which can then be dragged directly into an Objectie or Key Result field within an OKR shell. You can also type Objectives and Key Results directly into the OKR shell, or use Co-Author for suggestions. 84IzV0-8SbAfskd7.jpg
